All plans use the same video settings. Credits are quoted before generation and released if a task fails. Monthly and yearly credits expire at the end of the billing period; one-time credits remain valid for 365 days.
Video credit calculator
For text and image inputs: 480p uses 7.6 credits/second and 720p uses 16.4 credits/second. Multiply by output seconds and video count. Q4/Q3 and sound on/off use the same rate.
Credits are reserved on submission, charged once after success, and released on failure. Bonuses are already included in the plan allowance. Crypto membership payments are prepaid and do not renew automatically.

How much does Vidu Q4 cost?
Monthly plans start at $9.99 for 800 credits. Yearly plans and one-time packs are shown above. A 5-second video uses 38 credits at 480p or 82 credits at 720p. Q4 and Q3 use the same rates; optional audio has no extra charge.
Can I try Vidu Q4 for free?
Sign in, upload references and save drafts without a subscription. Eligible new users receive 30 credits, with more available through check-in and referrals. Review the quote and balance before generating.
Is the yearly price charged each month?
The monthly equivalent is the annual total divided by 12. A yearly plan charges the displayed annual amount; the credit allowance is also shown for the year. Monthly plans show a monthly charge and allowance.
How do subscriptions differ from credit packs?
Monthly and yearly plans have a billing period. A credit pack is a one-time purchase. Compare the actual payment total, credits and expiry before choosing; a larger allowance does not change a model’s input requirements.
Do plans have different model access?
All plans support Vidu Q4 and Q3 with the same settings. The difference is the credit allowance and billing period. Each generation requires enough available credits.
How many videos can I create with these credits?
There is no fixed video count for an allowance. The duration and resolution determine the quote. Q4 and Q3 share the same rates, and optional audio has no surcharge. Check the required credits before submitting and use the same settings when comparing costs.
When do yearly credits arrive?
After payment is verified, the full annual allowance is issued together and expires at the end of the annual billing period.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits follow the expiry of the grant that added them. Subscription credits expire at the recorded billing-period end; packs follow their own configured validity. Your billing shows the next credit expiry. Do not assume credits remain valid forever.
Where can I see my balance and payments?
Open the account menu and Billing. It shows available and reserved credits, credit history, orders and subscription status. A reserved amount belongs to a task still being processed and is not available for another submission.
What happens to credits when generation fails?
A confirmed failed task releases its reserved credits. This is separate from refunding a purchase. If a task is still pending or being checked, wait for its final state and inspect the credit history.
Which payment methods can I use?
The payment strip and plan dialog reflect the payment routes currently available. Card and local payment options can differ by plan and region; checkout confirms the methods and amount.
I paid but do not see credits. Should I buy again?
Check the order in Billing first. Credits are added after the payment receipt is verified, rather than simply when you return from checkout. If the order remains unconfirmed, contact support with its details before purchasing again.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Use Manage subscription in Billing where it is available, or submit the cancellation request offered there. A request is not complete until cancellation is confirmed. Check the displayed subscription state and period end.
Can I request a refund?
Use the contact information in the Refund Policy and provide your order details and reason. Requests are reviewed individually; this site does not promise an automatic refund window. A confirmed full refund revokes the unused credits from that order.
